Session Chronicle is a small app for tabletop groups, in an invite-only beta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Using it

Recording people: only add a session if everyone at the table knows it was recorded and agreed to it being transcribed and written up by AI. Some places require everyone's consent by law. You're responsible for asking.
What you add: only add recordings, text and pictures you're allowed to share. Don't add anything illegal, or anything meant to harass someone.
Your content stays yours. The app only uses it to make your campaign's transcripts, summaries, log and pictures, as described in the privacy page.
AI makes mistakes. Summaries, speaker guesses and pictures can be wrong. Check them, and edit them if you need to.

Credits pay for the AI work on a campaign. One credit is one US cent of AI cost.
During the beta, credits are given by the app's admin. They can't be bought, sold, refunded or swapped for money.
Work only runs if the campaign has enough credits for the most it could cost, so you're never charged more than you have.

The app is provided as it is, while it's being built. Features may change, and things may break.
Export your campaigns if you want your own copy: the app keeps backups, but can't promise nothing will ever be lost.
The admin may pause AI work, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
These terms may change as the app grows. If they change in a way that matters, you'll be told.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
